These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LifeGuide, operated by The Structure Co ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at thestructure.app and related mobile applications. By creating an account or using LifeGuide, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
LifeGuide is a Scripture-centered spiritual formation and discernment tool. It offers Bible study features, AI-guided conversations, assessments, opportunities, insights, community features, and related content to support faithful growth and wise action.
LifeGuide does not replace Scripture, prayer, the local church, pastoral care, licensed counseling, or medical treatment. AI-generated content is assistive and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for your own discernment and decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LifeGuide. If you are under 18, you should use the service with a parent or guardian's awareness. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the service.

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are required to be restricted for legal or safety reasons.
Some features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice where required by law.
You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; access generally continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled according to our policies and applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you submit (conversations, notes, posts, messages, reflections, and similar material). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to operate, improve, and secure LifeGuide — including powering AI features and personalization — as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you post and must not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

Community features (discussions, messages, stories, teachings, and similar areas) must be used respectfully. We may remove content or restrict access to protect users and the integrity of the platform, with or without notice where permitted by law.
LifeGuide's software, design, branding, and original materials are owned by The Structure Co or its licensors. Bible text and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
LifeGuide is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Spiritual, relational, and life decisions remain your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Structure Co and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of LifeGuide. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You may stop using LifeGuide at any time and may request account deletion through settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
